To be the outdoor supply chain global brands trust — from the first sketch to the final delivery.
Two engines. One supply chain built for the outdoors.
A Singapore-headquartered supply chain partner and the owner of the outdoor brand Mountain Land — 23 years, two China factories, 2.5 million pieces a year, verified by the certifications your compliance team asks for.

Creating the values of success through customer satisfaction.
Deliver certified, measurable manufacturing: waterproof, sustainable and on time.
Singapore HQ coordination, two owned China factories and a vetted domestic supplier network.
Five values. Zero exceptions.
The standards every factory, audit and shipment is held to.
Accountability
We own the factories — so we own the outcome. One contract, one standard, one team.
Precision
Specs, not adjectives. Every claim on this site is a number you can audit.
Sustainability
Green is measured: GRS-certified recycled materials, TC-verified shipments.
Speed
3D CAD in 24 hours, samples in 3–5 days — market windows do not wait.
Partnership
23 years of long-term relationships with brands across three continents.
Two engines. One accountable partner.
Own brand and manufacturing services carry equal weight — because both run on the same certified factories, the same QC, and the same supply chain.

Three capabilities separate production-grade outdoor goods from commodity imports — each one measurable, each one documented.

Seamless waterproof construction
High-frequency electromagnetic molecular welding — no needle holes, IPX7/IPX8 watertight. Every unit is 100% air-pressure leak tested at 1.5–2.5 PSI and held for 12 hours.

Heavy-duty precision stitching
28–36 stitch bar-tack reinforcement at every stress point, tested to 25kg+ loads. Automated sewing lines with computerised pattern machines keep tolerances consistent at scale.

Multi-stage quality control
Incoming material, in-process and final inspection on every order, backed by third-party SGS verification. Defect reporting, not guesswork, drives each production batch.

Straight answers, up front.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For our three core categories the standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style: welded waterproof dry bags, hiking and camping backpacks, and trail running hydration vests. Our ODM pattern library offers hundreds of styles with no mold fee, so most styles can start at that level. Complex constructions are quoted individually.
How fast can I get a sample?
Our independent sample room delivers prototypes in 3–5 days, with 3D CAD concepts within 24 hours so you can validate the design before sampling.
Which certifications do your factories hold?
Both factories are BSCI and Sedex 4-Pillar audited, ISO 9001 certified, EU REACH compliant, and GRS certified with official TC transaction certificates for recycled-content orders.
Do you support door-to-door delivery?
Yes — we quote EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and DDU from Xiamen port. For DDP deliveries we manage customs and local clearance to your door.
Can you make a waterproof bag with my brand on it?
That is our core capability. High-frequency seamless welding delivers IPX7/IPX8 watertight construction, and our in-house finishing team handles labels, hang tags, boxes and manuals.
What are your typical payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T to confirm the order, with the balance paid before shipment. Other arrangements can be discussed for long-term programs.
What is the typical production lead time?
Samples ship in 3–5 days. Once an order is confirmed, standard production takes around 20 days across our two factories, before packing and shipment. Exact dates are confirmed in writing at order confirmation — we quote the date we can ship, not the date we hope to.
Can we visit your factory or arrange an audit?
Yes — both factories in Quanzhou, Fujian welcome scheduled visits and third-party audits (BSCI, Sedex, SGS). International buyers regularly inspect production lines and warehouse operations on site.
How do you protect our designs and IP?
We work under confidentiality agreements, keep customer designs and patterns private, and never resell or share a client’s proprietary designs. Our own brand Mountain Land® is separately registered.
What quality control can we expect?
Multi-stage IQC / IPQC / FQC on every order, 100% air-pressure leak testing on welded waterproof goods (1.5–2.5 PSI, 12-hour hold), and third-party SGS inspection available on request.
Which materials can you work with?
TPU/PVC for welded waterproof constructions, RPET and recycled TPU, MIPAN® Regen nylon, plus standard fabrics. Recycled-content orders ship with GRS Transaction Certificates.
Can you handle packaging and branding for retail?
Yes — our in-house finishing team designs ISTA drop-test packaging, boxes, hang tags and manuals, so products arrive retail-ready with your branding.
Are 300-piece MOQs really possible for dry bags, backpacks and running vests?
Yes. 300 pieces per style is our standard MOQ across dry bags, backpacks and running hydration vests, thanks to in-house tooling and an ODM pattern library with no mold fees. We set this threshold so growing brands can test a market without over-committing inventory.
Do you own your factories, or do you outsource production?
We own both factories in Quanzhou, Fujian. The China group is structured as three entities — supply chain management, technology and R&D, and scale production — coordinated by our Singapore headquarters (ANKANG NEXUS PTE. LTD., UEN 202634768R). Owning the lines means one contract, one QC standard and one accountable team for your order.
How large is your production capacity?
Our two factories run around 200,000 pieces per month — approximately 2.5 million pieces a year — across 5 production lines with 106 machines and 220+ skilled staff. The dedicated HF-welding lines alone produce 15,000 airtight units per month.
Do you work with small brands and startups?
Yes — a 300-piece MOQ and hundreds of mold-free ODM styles exist precisely so smaller brands can launch professionally. You receive the same certified factories, QC and compliance documentation as our largest clients.
What do you need from me to prepare a quotation?
Share your product type (dry bag, backpack or running vest), target quantity, any material or certification requirements, and a sketch or reference. We respond within one business day with a plan — and, where useful, a 3D CAD concept within 24 hours — before sampling.
How is quality guaranteed after shipment?
Every batch keeps full production and QC records, so any issue is traceable to its line, date and operator. Third-party SGS inspection is available before shipment, and if a defect is proven on arrival we rework or replace the affected units under the agreed terms.
What is the end-to-end timeline from brief to delivery?
Typical flow: 3D CAD concept within 24 hours of the brief, samples in 3–5 days, order confirmation with a written production date, around 20 days of production, then sea freight from Xiamen. A standard dry bag program usually lands 6–8 weeks after sample approval.
Why work with a Singapore-headquartered manufacturer instead of a trading company?
A trading company brokers capacity it does not own. We sign your contract from Singapore (UEN 202634768R), run two owned factories in China, hold the certifications in our own name, and keep regional managers in the UK and Austria — one accountable counterparty from contract to delivery.
